Three stages, one contact.

From your first message to the goods on the shelf, the same person looks after you. You decide, we do the work on the ground.

    We find the right supplier.

    No choosing from a photo: we compare real factories, with samples in hand.

    • You tell us the product, quantity and target price.
    • We visit the factories and bring you comparable offers, with samples.

    We inspect before you pay the balance.

    We follow production and inspect the actual batch, not the sample.

    • Factory inspection: dimensions, materials, packaging.
    • You receive photos and a report, and you decide whether to approve shipment.

    We deliver it customs cleared.

    Shipping, customs and paperwork go through us. You receive the goods.

    • The customs broker works out duties and certificates before you order.

Can't find your question? Email or call me, I will answer personally.

  • The quote is free. Our fee depends on the product and volumes and is stated in the quote, separately from the cost of the goods: you always know what you pay the factory and what you pay us.

  • The factory sets them and they vary by product. We tell you the real minimums before you order and, when needed, we look for suppliers who accept smaller batches.

  • We find out at the factory, not you at your warehouse. We inspect the batch before shipment: if it doesn't comply, production is corrected before you pay the balance.

  • Our customs broker. Before you order, they work out import duties and VAT and check the certifications required in Europe, such as CE marking. On arrival the goods are already cleared.

  • Yes. We work in private label: our designer prepares artwork, packaging and labels with your brand, and the factory produces to those specifications.

  • It depends on production and transport. By sea, the crossing from China to Italy usually takes between 30 and 45 days; rail and air are faster. We give you a delivery date before you order.

  • No. Visits, negotiations and inspections are handled by our agents on the ground. You receive photos, videos and reports, and decide from home.

  • Yes. We work both with first time importers and with clients who order full containers. What matters is having a clear product to look for.
